Sandwich Antiques Market - July 2010

The Sandwich Antiques Market is a one-day summer market featuring quality exhibitors held at the park-like Sandwich Farigrounds, with its beautiful 100-year old trees and plenty of places to sit and rest. Located 60 miles west of Chicago just one block north of US 34. The Sandwich Antiques Market combines two shows on one fairgrounds. The West Field features crafts, flea market items, family garage sales and business booths. The East Field, created in 1988, features a complete range of antiques and collectibles from the 19th and 20th centuries. All items in the East Field must be at least 20 years old and have had some artistic or monetary value.

Hours: 8AM to 4PM, Central time. Sunday admission is $5 per person, parking is free and food is available for purchase. The Market is held rain or shine with exhibitors both inside and outside. Many of the outdoor exhibitors are under tent or some sort of cover. The Market is held on the third or fourth Sunday of the month, April through October. Early buyer is possible on Saturday during setup (10am to Dusk) for a fee of $30 per person which includes a return entry on Sunday prior to public opening. ATM on site provided by Castlebank N.A.
