Every once in a while, something really special comes along – like THE SOURCE food and drink trade show, which incorporates Taste of the West's renowned regional Trade Show.
We could celebrate the quality of the producers and their products on display, the authentic ingredients and cooking methods used, the recipes inspired by chefs from award winning restaurants ... But, we just want buyers to come along and taste and find out for themselves.
