Electrotec & Lighting Salon 2012

The most “luminous” exhibition in Greece – “ELECTROtec & Lighting Salon”, signed off its project at the Metropolitan Expo on the night of the 4th of October, while sending a resonant message of optimism – particularly significant within this difficult era for the country. The exhibition proved once again its status by remaining at the top of the sector’s trade fairs both for the Greek and the Southeast European industry.
 
The great amount of domestic and international participations as well as the visitation from Greece and abroad, confirmed that both the electrical material and lighting sectors, besides the financial crisis and the recession in the construction industry,  obtain the proper know-how and strategy in order to secure their leadership in Greek economy and contribute in the country’s recovery.
 
Moreover, there was an intense interest from the visitors regarding the exhibition’s parallel events in which were presented photovoltaic modifiers, photovoltaic systems electrical installation , buildings automation and satellite data communication.
 
The exhibition also accommodated the meeting that was organized by ENGA (Exporters of Northern Greece Association) on “The strategy and the prospects of development in the electrical equipment industry”, which were attended by many political representatives as well as the Meeting of presidents and directors of the associations of Panhellenic Federation of Electrical Installer Association (POSIE).
 
The exhibition was organized by “T Expo”, took effect under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Finance, Competiveness and Shipping and was supported by the most significant scientific, business and trade unions of the electrical material and lighting sectors.
