October 3 - 4, 2011
This workshop will enhance a practitioner’s strategies in maintaining a productive working environment. By having the ability to monitor and track employee’s performance, practitioners will be able to identify the reason that leads to employee resignations and control having a high turnover culture in the organisation.

Practitioners will be exposed to cost effective ways in managing retention in the organisation. With a successful developed and implemented retention plan, undesirable turnover will be significantly reduced, employees will be more engaged and company profitability will be improved as a result.

At the end of this workshop, practitioners will be an expert in managing turnover which costs the organization money in direct expenses to recruit, train new employees and pay overtime for remaining workers. Having a high turnover is an opportunity cost of lost production for the organisation.

The workshop will provide steps to encourage full employee engagement in decision-making on matters affecting individual’s job task. Practitioners will be masters in assessing new organisation structure which will enable employees to build an employment brand. A well implemented strategy will build an atmosphere for retention as well as build a climate that will attract more high potentials in the long run.
