The next "training" the Bavarian expects students to career orientation.

Parents are cordially invited to accompany their children during the visit and to support their career choice.

For education professionals such as teachers, trainers, career counselors and career advisors and farmers in the fields of economy, administration and from the university sector there is again an attractive career education conference and a special program.
Last 2010 75,000 visitors were informed (of which 85.4 percent of adolescents and young adults) at 276 exhibitors on careers in the fields of industry, commerce, crafts, (public) administration as well as on social professions. Events for youth and adults complete the offer. Attended events, including the part of the exhibition were assessed in a representative survey of visitors of the total respondents with the notes very well (30.3 percent), good (50.8 percent), satisfactory (14.1 percent). In their summary of the overall training 2010, a total 92.5 percent of visitors surveyed rated the event as very good to satisfactory.
