The 25th Anniversary Conference recently held at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort. Attendees enjoyed valuable education, wonderful networking and established new relationships with fellow event service managers from across the US and Canada.
Attended by 268 attendees, topics covered the gamut of hot button issues facing CSMs today. Technology, multi-generations, Ethics, F&B, Disaster Preparedness, Pre Cons & Site Visits, Housing, CMP Prep, CSR – We had it covered! We also wrapped up the event with a meeting planner session which gave members a great opportunity to hear direct from planners on pressing questions.
The Conference also featured a fun Anniversary celebration on the sandy beaches of the hotel, complete with flip-flops, pirates and rockin’ 80’s music. A good time was had by all.
