This workshop will feature professionals with expertise in sensory changes that occur throughout the lifespan. Participants will learn about the role that flavor profiles play in the acceptance of various foods. Participants will be involved in hands-on activities and an "experiential" lunch will feature foods with various flavor profiles. The concurrent poster session will showcase attendees' experiences teaching food preparation classes and nutrition for a wide range of audiences.
