In accordance to today’s challenging business environment, this training will ensure delegates understand the relationship between talent management, culture and organisational success. Delegates will find out about the key factors that dictate an efficient talent management strategy and learn how to establish a link between their talent management strategy and succession planning practices. Delegates will also be armed with knowledge on effective, result driven and people-centric performance management plans that can be used to leverage on their Gen Y post 80’s talent pool. Methods on developing a competent strategic business model to identify & rectify talent gaps, enhancing performance and preparing talents for transition to higher levels and retention of corporate knowledge will also be divulged in this training.

To ensure complete relevance to the unique work culture and scenario in Singapore, the training topics, information and strategic focus will correlate with the needs and demands of local organisations.
