The World Taxidermy Championships 2015

Springfield, Missouri has been selected as the location of the 2015 World Taxidermy & Fish Carving Championships®. The University Plaza Hotel will be the host hotel for all seminar programs. The beautiful and spacious Springfield Expo Center, a one-minute walk across the street from the hotel, will be the location for the World Show competitions and trade show exhibition. The Springfield Convention center Ballroom, next to the University Plaza Hotel, will be the site for the award ceremony.

The University Plaza Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Springfield in the Jordan Valley Park neighborhood and offers plenty of on-location parking for cars, trucks, and trailers. Unloading and loading is all on one level with large cargo entry doors. The entire complex has great restaurants, lounges, and coffee shops within easy walking distance.

World Show attendees will delight in first-class accommodations, which includes free Wi-Fi and a free freshly cooked buffet breakfast each morning. Free airport pickup is offered as the hotel is conveniently located a few short minutes from Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) and is only a thirty-minute drive to Branson, Missouri.
