International Conference on Indium Phosphide & Related Materials (IPRM) 2014

IPRM-2014 is the 26th event of this highly renowned conference series established in 1989. The conference will continue the tradition of bringing together scientists from academia and industry to share recent developments in the field. Major conference topics will include advances in materials, devices, processing, and applications in telecom and datacom, defense, energy-harvesting, sensors and imaging.

Papers are solicited in any of the following areas:

1.  Epitaxy, novel nanomaterials and nanostructures
2. Electron devices and related technologies
3. Optoelectronics and related technologies
4. Photonic and photonic-electronic integration
