EXPOÓPTICA, the International Optics and Optometry Exhibition, has begun marketing exhibition space for its twenty-eighth edition, which will take place between 12th and 14th March 2010 at Feria de Madrid, in line with the new biennial staging schedule adopted last year at the industry's request.

This fair is the leading trade forum in Spain for the industry and will once again provide the ideal framework in which to present the latest advances and innovations that have emerged in recent months within the sector, along with the collections of frames and sunglasses that are likely to predominate next season. The next edition will also coincide with the Twenty-First International Optometry, Contactology and Ophthalmic Optics Congress, a scientific event of world-wide renown organised by the National College of Optometrists - Opticians of Spain. At this event a number of experts of considerable prestige will address different issues of importance to professionals, helping to create the most complete and attractive point of reference for the optics industry.
