The first edition of “Especial SIMA WINTER”
, which received 9,697 visitors, confirms the success of a fair proposal that is aimed at marketing residential stock.
“Excellent, high-quality turnout”: this was the unanimous verdict of the Exhibitors when asked by the organisers at the end of the three days that the special winter edition of SIMA lasted. There is no doubt that they were three intense and exhausting days at the fair; the stands full of people at all times, visitors waiting their turn, the corridors crowded to the extent that moving from one stand to another was a challenge and queues stretching for over 100 metres in subzero temperatures, lined up at the entrance to the VIP area at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium on calle Padre Damián. However, it was worth it.
