World Mail and Express Americas 2015

The Americas is a very diverse region in terms of geography and of levels of economic development. The region ranges from huge countries with large populations to small islands with tiny numbers of people. The disparities in levels of economic development and in levels of wealth are vast. Yet, despite all this, there are clearly common challenges that face the whole mail and express sector across the region: in particular, how to respond to, and benefit from, the continued development of digital communications and the resulting change in customer requirements and in behaviours. But the methods of dealing with these challenges are nowhere near the same across the Americas.
