After the conference sold out and highly rated online assistance in November 2010, also in 2011 organized the conference online assistance.
Assistance via the Internet is accessible, effective and reach new audiences. More and more institutions from the social work, mental health and youth therefore provide online assistance to psychological, social or societal problems. In ten years time the number of initiatives has grown from a handful to more than one hundred.
