Fiera Di Roma is a new quarter, set between the city and the Fiumicino international airport, and characterised by modern infrastructures. The exhibition potential of the new axis is exceptional, designed by the architect Tommaso Valle, in a Mediterranean perspective and with the role of “bridge” between East and West.
Fiera Di Roma offers exhibitors avant-garde structures and easy connections to the city, the railway stations and the Fiumicino airport. The Exhibition grounds has four entrances, three of which - the East, North and South Gates - have lobbies, cashier and ticket windows and services already operative for exhibitors and convention participants.
There is access from all gates to the covered mechanized pedestrian walkway, suspended six meters above the ground, and which is a central equipped axis connecting all the structures and exhibition pavilions.
The viability of service and preparation vehicles has been developed with a progressive ring system, with access from the east and west freight gates and exit from the opposite east and west freight gates.
